You’ll begin by choosing three Freedom Healing cards, each representing a specific potential your soul is ready to strengthen or recover to move through your current life challenges. Cristina will then support you through a process of energetic transmutation, helping you release old patterns, emotional imprints, and memories stored in your energetic field that are no longer serving you. After the transmutation, you will receive information about the spiritual lesson connected to these experiences—wisdom your spirit is now ready to embody. By understanding the lesson, you'll free yourself from repeating it, gradually creating meaningful changes in your life over time.
